Richard Ronald Albro is Vice President, Land and Secretary of Caza Petroleum and has served in both capacities since June 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Albro was a founder and served as Vice President, Land and Secretary for Falcon Bay Energy from November 2000 to July 2006. Mr. Albro also served as Landman for Penwell Energy from 1993 to 1999. Mr. Albro is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (Bachelor of Arts – Political Science) and is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen.

Anthony Bryan Sam is Vice President, Operations of Caza Petroleum and has served in this capacity since July 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Sam was a founder and served as Vice President of Falcon Bay Energy from November 2000 to July 2006. Mr. Sam has served as President of Chahta Petroleum since January 1992, as President of Sendero Petroleum from January 1989 to June 1992, as Operations Manager for Mussleman, Owen & King Operating from August 1987 to January 1989, and as a Petroleum Engineer for Chevron U.S.A. from May 1982 to August 1987. Mr. Sam is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (Bachelor of Science – Petroleum Engineering Technology).
Anthony J. Cook is currently the Sr. Vice President of Development and Operations for Caza Petroleum, LLC. Mr. Cook joined the executive team in April 2019. Before joining Caza, Mr. Cook served 15 years with SM Energy Company where he started as a Sr. Drilling Engineer and served in increasing roles of responsibility including; Interim Regional Vice President Mid-Continent, Operations Manager Mid-Continent, Business Development & Pennsylvania Asset Manager, and Drilling Manager Gulf Coast & South Texas. Prior to SM Energy, Mr. Cook was an early advocate of horizontal drilling, developing his understanding while at Baker Hughes INTEQ, one of the leaders in horizontal drilling where he spent 7 years before leaving to join SM Energy Company. Combined Mr. Cook has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas business. Mr. Cook graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering in 1983.
Randy Nickerson is Chief Operating Officer of Caza Petroleum and has served in this capacity since October 2015. He also served the company as VP Exploration from 2011 to 2015. Prior thereto, Mr. Nickerson served as Vice President of Exploration, and Chief Geophysicist for Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation from November 2004 to October 2011. Mr. Nickerson also served as Chief Geophysicist for Dominion Exploration & Production Corporation, and has worked for North Central Exploration, Coastal Oil & Gas, Amerada Hess and Gulf Oil Corporation during his career. Mr. Nickerson is a graduate of Colorado School of Mines (Bachelor of Science – Geophysical Engineering) and is also a certified Professional Geophysicist for the State of Texas.
James Michael Markgraf is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Caza Petroleum and has served in both capacities since July 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Markgraf served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Falcon Bay Energy from October 2000 to July 2006, as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Penwell Energy from October 1991 to October 2001, and as an accounting manager and accountant for several different firms from 1984 to October 1991. Mr. Markgraf is a graduate of Texas Tech University (Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Markgraf is a member of the Texas State Board of Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
William Michael Ford is Chief Executive Officer and President of Caza Petroleum and has served in both capacities since July 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Ford was a founder and served as Vice President of Falcon Bay Energy from November 2000 to July 2006. Mr. Ford was also a founder and has served as President of Penwell Energy from 1988 to present. Mr. Ford is a graduate of Texas Tech University (Bachelor of Arts – Geology) and is a certified petroleum geologist.
